1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, authorizing, or accepting our solar panel cleaning service, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Scope of Service

We will perform solar panel cleaning services at the address provided by you. Our standard service includes surface cleaning of solar panels using approved cleaning methods and solutions designed for photovoltaic systems.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and adequate access to the property and PV arrays.

  • Disclose any known hazards, structural weaknesses, or special conditions that could affect safety or service performance.

  • Ensure electrical systems are properly maintained and turned off if required for safe cleaning.

  • Remove obstructions (e.g., pets, vehicles, personal items) from service areas.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cleaning solar panels involves working at heights, around water, and near electrical equipment, which carries inherent risks.

  • We take reasonable care to perform services safely, but accidents, damage, or delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., fragile materials, existing defects, weather conditions).

By accepting our services, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of energy production or revenue

    • Electrical faults, roof leaks, or damage due to pre-existing conditions

    • Microcracks or structural damage caused by age or manufacturing defects

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the cleaning service.

6. No Warranty or Guarantee of Output

We do not guarantee any specific increase in energy production following cleaning. Results may vary based on system condition, weather, and other external factors.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EcoShine Robotics, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these terms

  • Your failure to disclose hazards or provide safe access

  • Any injury or loss occurring on your property during or after service, except where caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct

8. Weather & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

9. Termination of Service

We may refuse or terminate service at any time if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or you fail to comply with these terms.

10. Governing Law
